Package price is $850.00 for 100 guests. To Include:
Chapel and Reception Center
Decorated in the colors of your choice with all the decorations in our center. Guest, gift, cake, and refreshment tables, centerpieces and cloths. Use of all serving items, hostess trays, cups and punch bowl, plume pen, knife, ring pillow, toasting glasses for bridal couple, and all plants and floral items we have available to decorate and make a lovely wedding.
Wedding etiquette and rehearsal are included.
100 Invitations of your choice up to $50.00. If invitations chosen are higer priced, the customer pays the difference.
100 Napkins choice of color with names, date and design.
3 Tier Wedding Cake (Round) in white. Extra charge for chocolate, spice, carrot, or fruitcake.
100 Refreshments: wedding cake, mints and nuts, and FRAPPE (our deliciously famous slushy drink).
Additional gusts over 100 at $1.75 per person in increments of 50. This includes napkins, cake, mints, nuts, and frappe. Invitations over 100 will be given a $30.00 discount per 100. If invitations chosen are higher priced, the customer pays the difference.
Help Provided: We provide two people to help serve. Most weddings require more than this. Extra help can be provided by family or friends of the bridal couple or pay $6.00 per hour per person needed. Example of Help needed: With approximately 200 guests, 8 extra servers will be needed. Of these eight, 2 adults are needed in the kitchen to wash dishes. $6.00 per hour for each kitchen help witll be charged if not provided by you.
Down Payment: $100.00 holds the date of your choice.
This payment is non-refundable if you change your mind.
The balance of the wedding and reception fees is due by or before the wedding date.
We do not accept Visa or Mastercard (this includes debit cards).
Dancing: $75.00 extra. This is for cleaning and maintenance. The time is not to exceed 11:30 PM.
Catering Food: We request that you use our food. Our food is all homemade using the finest quality products. We can cater food from hors d'oeuvres to buffets and complete meals. Exceptions are allowed if arrangements are made with us. If you bring in outside food, a $75.00 cover charge is added and you are responsible for setup, cleanup, and disposal.
Alcoholic Beverages: We will not allow hard liquor or mixed drinks in our facility unless proper license is obtained by our customer providing for a portable bar and licensed bartender. Canned or bottled beer, champagne, and wine are allowed but will be provided by the customer. And adult must be provided by you to be in charge of serving and cleanup and to ensure that no one under 21 consumes alcoholic beverages and that no guests get out of control. You are responsible for any and all damage.
A $50.00 usage fee applies. If only having a champagne toast, the charge is $35.00.
Champagne punch is allowed. We can provide the fruit punch base to serve 100 people for $20.00. Disposable champagne glasses are available at the current price. NO kegs or dispensers allowed.
Rice Throwing, etc. There is a $20.00 charge if rice, birdseed, confetti, or anything is thrown at the wedding party. No items are to be used or thrown inside of the building. We suggest using bubbles because there is no cleanup fee.
Time Allowed For wedding and receptions, we give a maximum of 6 hours. (This includes dressing, wedding preparation time, cleanup, and leaving.
Restrictions: Any and all food or drinks are allowed in the reception area only. the use of food and drinks ar prohibited in the chapel, foyer, downstairs, bride's room, groom's room, or any other carpeted areas. No smoking is allowed inside the establishment do the the Federal Public Smoking Ban.
